Her early professional experience includes working as a textile cutter with designer Doshi and later as a costume assistant at LambsPlayers Theatre under Jeanne Reith. There, she contributed to productions such as The Pressures On, One for the Road, and Mirad – A Boy from Bosnia, which was seen by over 75,000 audience members across San Diego City Schools. She also created designs for the indie film Almost Romeo, released in 2004.
Suzanne double-majored to earn her B.A. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, with a Minor in German. She studied abroad at Universität Flensburg (EUF) in Schleswig-Holstein while completing her degree.
uzanne Clements has thrived in the fashion, theater, and film industries for over two decades. While attending Mesa College, she served as the Fashion Department's Program Director for three years and actively participated in numerous runway events both in and outside the school.

From 2011 to present, Suzanne has designed for the Gasparilla Parade and Mardi Gras events. She volunteered for the 2012 International Fashion Show at Flensburg University in Schleswig-Holstein, where she was awarded an honorable mention for her work. Her designs have been seen by millions across the United States and Europe in parades by The Krewe of Europa, and have also been televised to millions of viewers.

Suzanne served as on-set assistant costume designer for Lucifer the Movie, which won Best Picture at the 2007 Beverly Hills Film Festival. She worked alongside Judy Fiel, organizing wardrobe, dressing actors, and maintaining costume continuity.

The piece was later featured again in A Novel Idea - A Look at the Classics, a benefit for Vista Hill Family Recovery Center. From 2001 to 2004, Suzanne received top honors in the Golden Scissors Awards, with her Peacock Dress earning both first place and Best of Show in 2003, and second place at the 2004 Fashion Symposium.
She designed the celebrated Moulin Rouge costume for the 2003 Fashion Group International Style Awards, which supported breast cancer research.
